Due to Covid-19 please expect delays with your packages. Unfortunately packages may take up to a month to arrive at any destination. Our packages will take a maximum of 3 days to process. Once a package arrives in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times will be out of our control and in the hands of the shipping provider.

We do not accept returns at this time due to the current situation.

If your scrunchie is damaged, please follow the following guideline. If you have received a damaged order, email us at firstclassandco@hotmail.com to submit your inquiry. We will need to see photo proof of the damage, and go from there. You may be entitled to a new scrunchie or discounted products.
